Payment issues
Contact support with your account email and order reference to request review of duplicate charges, failed fulfillment or other payment problems. Do not send card details. Applicable consumer rights are not waived by this draft.
Historical allocation
When a payment is refunded, its allocated number is not recycled. The public profile may be withdrawn. A refund request does not create ownership transfer or resale rights.
